Meet the founder
Improved Dynamics was founded by Gabrielle Banish, BCBA.
After receiving her master’s degree from George Mason University, Gabrielle went on to pursue her PHD at Liberty University. During her time as an RBT at Achieve Beyond and as a BCBA at Brighter Strides, Gabrielle helped hundreds of children and their families achieve goals they never dreamed possible. As the founding BCBA of Improved Dynamics, Gabrielle not only conducts assessments and supervises care, she is also deeply committed to every aspect of the agency.
